I have set a 24 hour cancelation/reschedule policy. Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a 50% of posted service charge. If you no show/ no call the day of your appointment you will be charged 100% of posted service that you are booked for. This policy is strictly enforced. These fees must be paid in order to rebook.
